Can I do taraweeh right before fajr?

Assalamu alaykum,

Am I allowed to pray taraweeh & witr prayer just before fajr? Or does it have to be directly after isha?

JazakAllah Khair!

Very Embarrassing BUT Important Question.

HOW DO YOU USE A "LOTA"?

I have searched the net but I can't find any satisfactory answer.

I have used a bidet all my life. But recently I have got a project in South Asia. The problem is that everywhere I go in Public toilets there is only a lota.

I am very confused about it.

On net most mention you use your left hand. But what exactly do you do with your left hand?

Do you use your left hand to clean your backside? How?

If you use left hand to clean then won't some small particles will get stuck in your finger nails?

If you get you hands "dirty" during the process, won't your clothes also get "Impure" when you faster your belt and zip as you wash hands after leaving the toilet area? Beacuse if your clothes are "Impure" then you can't offer Salah in them.

OR

you just splash the water,no need to get your hands get dirty? But is splashing enough to clean it properly?

Please don't hesitate in explaining this SERIOUS matter in detail.

Why do some Muslim men force themselves to get a dark, circular scar in the centre of their forehead caused by pressing it firmly on the prayer rug? What are they trying to convey - that they're holier than you?

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: He who gives food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will receive the same reward as him, except that nothing will be reduced from the fasting persons reward." [Ahmad, at-Tirmidhee, Ibn Maajah, Ibn Hibbaan, Saheeh].
