Muslims of Europe: As a conservative American Muslim thinking of moving to Europe, what should I be cautious of? Should I even go?

Asalamualaikum,

First off, I searched for something like "r/MuslimsOfEurope" but couldn't find any subreddit so I came here.

I'm currently nearing my graduation from college, and I have found some good opportunities in my field in Europe (coding), specifically Netherlands & the UK. I may even stay there for the long run. But recent research has worried me a bit. More drugs are allowed there, and lots of things that, in an Islamic country would be censored, aren't, especially in Amsterdam (which would be disastrous for kids). I can definitely handle these things if it's short term (inshaAllah), but for raising family/kids, especially if I were to focus on their Islamic knowledge (Hafiz, A'lim, etc), it sounds like it would be very difficult! The only time I have been to Europe was at an airport stop in Amsterdam, and even in those 2 hours, we saw a massive, uncomfortably explicit advertisement.

So what do you guys/gals suggest I do? Should I avoid Europe? Or only Netherlands? If not, what should I watch out for? Jazak'Allah Khair my brothers and sisters.
