I have heard that reading Ya Seen at night to please Allah SWT will make you forgiven. So I plan on reading it every night. I have a couple questions

What does it mean by "forgiven"? One sin will be forgiven? Or all?

Do I have to recite it by memory? Can I not read it off my Kutab? Will it not count if I do?
