Zikr before or after 2d sunnet prayers?? Also Jumma sunnets??

Okay so I'm from Bosnia where most people are Hanafi's.

Here in America the brothers pray a little differently (the order of their prayers, not the actual prayer.)

For example, for Fajr of course its 2 rekat sunnets then farz 2 rekats and your done.

But for example:

For dhuhr, the Americans pray 4 rekat sunnet, 4 rekat farz, then they do zikr, and then they do the remaining 2 sunnets

but in Bosnia they pray 4 rekat sunnet, 4 rekat farz, 2 rekat sunnet, and they finish with in this order:

"Allahummasalli ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wa ala ali Sayyedena Muhammad "

" Subhanallahi wal hamdulillahi wa lailahaillallahu wallahuakbar. Wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyyul azeem."

then Ayat al Kursi

Then subhanAllah Alhamdullilah Allahu Ekber 33 times each

Then:

Wama arsalnaka illa rahmatan lil alameen

then we finish with a Fatiha.

But in the U.S. it seems like brothers only here say SubhanAllah Alhamdullilah Allahu Ekber 33 times and thats it.

Sorry for the disorganized looking post but my questions are:

1) Does the order matter? I feel like SUnnet Farz Sunnet then Ayat al Kursi/ Zikr, makes sense to me because you dont stop praying to do zikr then pray again. But I do it Sunnet Farz, Ayat al Kursi, Zikr, and then Sunnet again just because my dad told me you should follow the way the Muslims around you do it. I mean I don't mind but it just makes more sense the way the people in Bosnia do it for me personally.

2) In Bosnia, after Jumma prayers, there is like 11 or 13 rekats of Sunnet or something after. I notice 0 people here in America do that. Most people do 2, although I'm sure youre suppose to do 4. I do 4 personally but inshaAllah I'll go home in Bosnia and do 13 like everyone else.

My question is do you guys know why they do 13 in Bosnia? I forget the names of them I can ask my dad but yeah. Here in the U.S. they only do like 2...

Edit: just asked my grandma:

4 Sunnet 2 Farz 4 sun sunnet (Sunnet after farz), 4 ahir i zuhri (I don't know if this trasnlates to Arabic but this is what its called in Bosnian)
