Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullah. I reverted over a year ago, but I don't live near any masajid. I've been autodidactic regarding the deen so far, but I know this isn't the best way. I'm staying at my brother's place for a few weeks (he reverted a few days ago alhamdulillah) because there are some masajid somewhat near him. So, we plan to go to one very soon. Maybe tomorrow or Friday, inshaAllah. As, I've never attended a masjid before, I don't really know what to expect, so I have a few questions, and honestly, I'm a little anxious. Maybe intimidated is the right word...
What is probably the best time to go?
What is the etiquette we should know before going?
What goes on at a masjid besides prayer?
Might they offer classes?
