Hi everyone. I'm not religious but I am fascinated by it and like watching the live stream from Makkah as it calms me down. My question is, when Salah is happening I see some people, some in groups, casually strolling around. They don't really look urgent either. Is this something that it accepted or at least tolerated? Or am I seeing actual violation?
