My wife and I were having a look at the costs... I never guessed it would be around 4-5k per person is that right? We will be having a child in the next year or so inshallah ... need to get a house and all the other adult stuff. It’ll take at least 5 years to save 10k and that’s if we are lucky / focus everything on saving for it (no other savings etc) that’s not affordable for the average joe... I’m also amazed (and curious) how some people I know have been on hajj 2-3 times when they work minimum wage :/
Is it just me or is hajj prices too high? Maybe I just need to finance better lol but... I can go on long holidays for less than that... this is a pillar of our faith it shouldn’t be exploited..
