Day 8: Do a random act of kindness
The notion of random acts of kindness, is not foreign to our culture. We are encouraged to show kindness to a stranger, and expect nothing in return. In Surah al-Ma’oun, we are encouraged to do small deeds of kindness to the orphans, the destitute, and others who do not have people to help them. 
This Ramadan, try to incorporate these acts into your life. Whether it’s paying for a stranger’s coffee, or helping someone with their shopping, perform that act and be sure of Allah’s reward.
