Selamaleykum.
Person A asks me to go to Person B and ask him about a favor.
Person B replies with a bad remark about Person A.
Person A later asks what B replied.
If I lie and say "He will think about it " instead of saying the reply that will cause them to have a conflict/fight,is the lie permissible?
