Wanting to convert before Ramadan

Hello, for the last months I have been interested and reached out to Islam, I have been going to the mosque every week and I was reading the Quran, talking to people there, asking questions and overall doing a research on my own and I genuinely feel that I am ready to convert.

What holds me back a little tho is that I live in Europe and in my country the islamophobia is pretty big, no one knows that I got interested in Islam and also started to study it, also, it makes me feel pretty lonely that to the mosque that I attend almost no one is a native, the Imam is Arab and so most of the people who are attending, also a few Sudanese/Somalis and so on, I have no problem with this and they are all wonderful and amazing people who helps me to understand Islam better but I must say it feels kinda strange to don't have a person around who is the same as me and also a Muslim to who I can relate and get along.

I know this is what I want to do, I want to start being a real Muslim, I want to start praying and doing things in life as a Muslim, can someone who relates to my case to give me some advice regarding how should I start all of these?

Also, I am a 20 years old guy, if it has any importance.

Thank you
