Okay, so I'm having a really hard time with sleep this Ramadan.
Taraweeh normally runs till around 12AM, then I have to wake up around 3:30 for suhuur. And then 6:30-7:00ish for work. Leaving me feeling exhausted during the early hours of work.
The fact that I can't have any coffee doesn't help the situation either. How do you deal with this? Do you guys have any tips?
