Hi there, I work with a young woman from Jordan. She is getting married soon and I would like to get a gift.
They do not drink alcohol but she doesn't wear a hijab, etc. What would be appropriate? I don't want to assume too much. We have -tons- of Middle Eastern shops in my city. Is there a traditional food or candy that would be a nod to tradition? Budget is around $40.
