السلام عليكم So, why does everyone feel the need to talk with ignorance and their opinions rather than textual evidences??
Why do you do this?
Come on like 99.99999% of us Muslims aren't scholars and most us of us are like babies in Islam - we don't know our left foot from our right hand and here we are giving fatawa like it's no big deal.
Don't get me wrong. It's not BAD to share knowledge. BUT the thing is it's when we share the WRONG information about what is Fardh or not etc - this actually has so many consequences e.g. if someone denies a fard this is by ijma' kufr. And then some apply takfir. AND THEN some will be like I can KILL you! (And know there are difference of opinions about this. And if you look into the life of the prophet sallalahu alaihi wa sallam this wasn't the case and the khulafa rashidoon) هذا جهل! This is ignorance! Subhanallah...
Here are my people saying that hijab is optional, madhahib are wrong, innovations are permissible so are sins and in fact these sins are halal (!?),We don't take from ahadith because they are fabricated because they've been written down after 200yrs (thats actually wrong some hadith were written down, oral tradition, whole books on narrators etc and srsly how do you pray salah - maybe I can backflip and that'll be my salah because you dont take from hadith and there's no "specific way" in the Quran) and seriously plain lies are being spread by the people.
Why??
Don't you fear Allah? Or even love him? Why would you spread lies and false information about someone you truly love??
It actually scares me some things that are being said. And I end up wasting time clarifying wrong things people say as to not misguide the individual the fatawa is being given to!
Like subhanallah. We don't know anything... If we look to the sahaba radiallahu anhum what did they do? They used to run away from too many unnecessary questions - they had true fear and love of Allah.
And imam Malik. A man travelled six months with about 70 questions and imam Malik only answered about six and the rest he said لا ادرى I do not know!
And this is imam Malik!! These individuals went and got ijazah from around 70 scholars before they issued ANY fatawa. And here we are, YouTube sheikhs and Sheikh Google.
سبحا ن الله Strange. We can't even recite the Quran properly let alone be a Sheikh so my question is
WHY DO YOU FEEL THE NEED TO GIVE FATAWA WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE?! that too, the correct knowledge - none of this khawarij, jahmiyyah, mu'tazila, isma'ili, Rafidah, Qadriyyah, Jabriyyah, (and the list goes on) nonsense.
And some people might read this and go whaaaaaaaat is that like subhanallah let alone knowing about these false aqeedahs and sects we don't even know our own!
My people, please refrain from speaking without knowledge.
لا قول بغير علم For you may be held accountable on that day for not only being misguided, misguiding others and pushing others away from Islam because of your lack of knowledge.
And I'll end with these Ahadith:
Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman said, "People used to ask the Prophet, peace be upon him, about good things, but I used to ask him about bad things because I was afraid that they might overtake me. I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, we were lost in ignorance (jahiliyyah) and evil, then Allah brought this good (i.e. Islam). Will some evil come after this good thing?' He said, 'Yes' I asked, 'And will some good come after that evil?' He said, 'Yes, but it will be tainted with some evil' I asked, 'How will it be tainted?' He said, 'There will be some people who will lead others on a path different from mine. You will see good and bad in them.' I asked, 'Will some evil come after that good?' He said, 'Some people will be standing and calling at the gates of Hell; whoever responds to their call, they will throw him into the Fire.' I said, 'O Messenger of Allah, describe them for us.' He said, 'They will be from our own people, and will speak our language.' I asked, 'What do you advise me to do if I should live to see that?' He said, 'Stick to the main body (jama'ah) of the Muslims and their leader (imam).' I asked, What if there is no main body and no leader?' He said, 'Isolate yourself from all of these sects, even if you have to eat the roots of trees until death overcomes you while you are in that state.' "
'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud said: "The Prophet said, 'Islam began as something strange, and it will revert to being strange as it was in the beginning, so good tidings for the strangers.' Someone asked, 'Who are the strangers?' He said, 'The ones who break away from their people (literally, 'tribes') for the sake of Islam.'"
This hadith was narrated by Ibn Majah on the authority of 'Anas and Abu Hurayrah.
