So this happen, I was reading a piece of (I can't recall it correctly, it was Quran or a hadith) text where it said something like: "O Muhammed, blablatext". This person I was with, attacked me saying like duuude, you weren't the buddy of the prophet SAW. He said: You must say SAW after you say his name.
I was a bit shocked cause I was reading it from Quran or Hadith. What is the ruling on SAW, do we need to say SAW out of respect or something?
