Salam brothers and sisters,
I wanted to learn more about modesty and how it should reflect on the life of a muslim and his surroundings, but didn't know where to start. What does it mean and how should a muslim observe it? Does it have to do with humbleness and humility? Please expand on all aspects of these questions you feel is needed for the daily life of a muslim. How should our interactions be held in the light of these words? Say a group of guys out in public, or a group of girls in a restaurant, how loud can they be?
And finally, where can I learn about such lifestyle necessities for everyday interactions? Growing up in an age where one is easily influenced by outside (false, perhaps) societal norms, it becomes hard to distinguish right and wrong when there is no clear cut guideline.
