Ill start with what i know.
Say Surat Al Ikhlas 3 times and get the reward of reciting the full Qur'an
(a brozer can help me with the sources) Saying "it" three times is more beneficial than staying in sujoodh for a long time. Time was mentioned as, from noon till the prophet came back. ( sorry i dont know the specifics)
Also this is ramadan so all that multiplied by 70
