How To Calculate Zakah Of Past Years ?

Salamo Alaykom! i have 3 question:

1. If i have 3 years of old Zakah to give, how i must calculate this 3 years ?

2. Should i calculate each year or just the total i have right now ?

3. I live in non muslim country, I don't know the way to give my zakah...can you give me advice how you do?
