If Jesus really spoke as a baby and made birds out of clay, wouldn’t he be considered divine even before he grew up?

If Jesus really spoke as a baby and made birds out of clay at 5 (according to Islam), wouldn’t people have talked about and known about Jesus more if he did those things. I mean like, before he did his preaching stuff.
