My dad is Islamaphobic and I think the reason for this is he only read the Quran out of context. I hear that Muslims in addition to the Quran read the Hadith and the Bible (I am not sure how specifically this is done)
Also any recommended historical sources about the Prophet, Islamic traders, and Islam in Malaysia and Indonesia would be much appreciated.
