Sometime I either read or was told of story but I cannot remember the source. It goes something like this:
A young prince becomes Sultan after his father dies and he wishes to marry one of his father's wives. He asks the head imam who tells him that it is not allowed. The Sultan has the imam executed. The next one tells him that it is not allowed, too. The Sultan has this imam executed as well. This goes on for a while until an imam agrees to marry them.
