Questions for brothers and sisters who follow the Maliki fiqh

When you pray,

1.) Do you recite a surah of the Quran after Al-Fatiha during the third and fourth units of Dhuhr, Asr, Isha and the third unit of Maghrib?
2.) Do you pray with your hands to sides (sadl)? If so, do you pray this way in the masjid? Have you dealt with resistance from those who are ignorant regarding the dominant opinion of sadl in the Maliki madhab? 3.) What are some of your favorite things about this venerable school?
